Bei einem Haushalt f\u00e4llt viel M\u00fcll an – dementsprechend sieht man sich damit konfrontiert, die kommunalen Einrichtungen zur Entsorgung desselben aufzusuchen. Bei fast jedem Besuch auf der Heideansiedlung kam ich jedoch zur Erkenntnis, dass ich mich nicht allein mit dieser Thematik konfrontiert sehe, v.a. am Wochenende entstehen lange Wartezeiten durch die zahlreichen Kunden der WNSKS. Nicht nur die Kunden, auch die Mitarbeiter der Abfallbehandlungsanlage, w\u00fcrden hier von einer Verbesserung der Situation profitieren. In weiterer Folge habe ich den B\u00fcrgermeister und die Kollegen im Gemeinderat mit der Thematik konfrontiert und die Vision einer wartungsarmen und einer (fast) „Rund-um-die-Uhr“ der Allgemeinheit zur Verf\u00fcgung stehenden Sammelstation vorgestellt.<\/p>\n

Schnelle Bearbeitung und Umsetzung<\/h4>\n

Ein knappes Jahr sp\u00e4ter erfolgte im November 2019 bereits der Spatenstich, die Umsetzung des Projektes konnte beginnen. Danken m\u00f6chte ich hier dem ressortf\u00fchrenden Stadtrat DI Franz Dinhobl und den eingebundenen Stellen der WNSKS, ohne die die Realisierung nicht (so schnell) m\u00f6glich gewesen w\u00e4re. Entstanden ist ein Abfallsammelzentrum, das nun von 7 bis 22 Uhr f\u00fcr die Kunden offensteht. Auf 9500 m\u00b2 k\u00f6nnen \u00fcber ein \u00fcberdachtes Podest (36,1 x 8,8 mm), das \u00fcber 2 Zufahrtsrampen bzw. 3 Stiegen erreicht werden kann, und ebenerdige Entsorgungseinrichtungen 16 M\u00fcllarten gro\u00dfteils kostenlos entsorgt werden.1,65 Mio. \u20ac sind in dieses zukunftsweisende Projekt geflossen, um den sorgsamen Umgang mit Alt-\/Wertstoffen zu erleichtern.<\/p>\n

Unb\u00fcrokratische Nutzung<\/h4>\n

Mittels einer Service-Card, die bei der WNSKS in der Ungargasse bzw. beim B\u00fcrgerservice im Neuen Rathaus oder Bestellung bezogen werden kann, wird der Zutritt zu der mit Schranken gesicherten Anlage gew\u00e4hrt. Wie bei der bisherigen Anlage erfolgt hier ein Verwiegen und die digitale Angabe der Entsorgungsg\u00fcter durch den Kunden. Im Falle der Abgabe von kostenpflichtigen Stoffen stehen zur Bezahlung Zahlschein (postalisch oder per Mail), Bankeinzug oder PayPal zur Verf\u00fcgung. Ungeachtet dessen steht nat\u00fcrlich die Abfallbehandlungsanlage ohne Servicecard zu den gewohnten \u00d6ffnungszeiten zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n
