Im Rahmen der akademischen Feier spondierten in der Aula der Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt die ersten erfolgreichen Abg\u00e4nger des Studienganges „Allgemeine Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege“ der Fakult\u00e4t Gesundheit. Doch nicht nur f\u00fcr die Absolventen ist es ein Wechsel in einen neuen Lebensabschnitt, sondern auch f\u00fcr Mag. Maria Schweighofer, die die Studiengangsleitung von Mag. Bettina Koller-Resetarics \u00fcbernommen hat, die nun ihrerseits als neue Fakult\u00e4tsleiterin agiert.<\/p>\n

„Meine“ Studenten werden zu Kollegen im Gesundheitsbereich<\/h4>\n

Mit den neuen „Bachelors of Science in health studies“ teile ich eine sehr pers\u00f6nliche Erfahrung: Durfte ich doch als Lektor im 1. und 2. Semester f\u00fcr Anatomie und Physiologie bzw. Pathologie „hautnah“ bei der Etablierung dieses Studienganges mit den Studenten dabei sein. Und das „neue Unbekannte“ war neben den Studium selbst f\u00fcr die meisten auch bei den Berufspraktika eine Herausforderung, da hier junge Menschen mit einem noch nicht etablierten Bet\u00e4tigungsfeld auf etablierte Strukturen im Pflegeheim- und Krankenhauswesen stie\u00dfen. Das bisherige 2-stufige Modell des „diplomierten Gesundheitspflegers“ einerseits und des „Pflegehelfers“ andererseits wurde durch eine Novelle zum „Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetz“ 2016 durch ein dreistufiges Modell („diplomierter Gesundheitspfleger“ im Range eines Bachelors, „Pflegefachassistent“ und „Pflegeassistent“) ersetzt. Die nun die Berufsausbildung abschlie\u00dfenden Diplomanden sind nun – wie ihre Kollegen von der Pflege – und Pflegefachassistenz von der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeschule Wiener Neustadt – die praktische Umsetzung der judikativen \u00c4nderungen.<\/p>\n

Mit der Sponsion dringen die frisch gebackenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen erneut in unbekannte Gew\u00e4sser vor – d\u00fcrfen sie doch nach den ersten Praktikanten nun auch als erste die Rolle der akademischen Diplomanden im Pflegewesen einnehmen und somit die verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe der ersten Botschafter der FH Wiener Neustadt in diesem Bereich \u00fcbernehmen…..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
