Der vorletzte „Boxenstopp“ der „Fassl f\u00fcrs Gassl“-Tour f\u00fchrte uns zum Ungarviertel – genauer gesagt in die Josef Adamcik-Gasse am „kleinen Lazarett“. Mit diesem Stadtteil verbindet mich mein halbes Leben – habe ich doch als Kind dort gewohnt bzw. wohnen meine Eltern noch hier; des Weiteren sind nach wie vor viele meiner besten Freude hier wohnhaft. Dementsprechend war es mir auch eine pers\u00f6nliche Freude, bei dieser Veranstaltung dabei zu sein…<\/p>\n

Ein Wachstumsviertel mit l\u00e4ndlichem Charakter<\/h4>\n

Gerade in den letzten Jahren ist das Ungarviertel stark gewachsen: Die seitens der Stadt, der Bundesforste und weiterer Tr\u00e4ger zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellten Grundst\u00fccke erfreuen sich gro\u00dfer Beliebtheit und bieten vielen (Neo-)Wiener Neust\u00e4dtern eine neue Heimat. Die niedrige und aufgelockerte Bebauung, die N\u00e4he zur Innenstadt auf der einen, zu den Heurigen von Neud\u00f6rfl auf der anderen Seite, vervollst\u00e4ndigt um die rasche Erreichbarkeit des hochrangigen Verkehrsnetzes (obwohl die Infrastruktur im Viertel noch nicht vollst\u00e4ndig ausgebaut ist), machen diesen Stadtteil besonders beliebt. Und auch dieses Mal nahmen erfreulicherweise viele Menschen das Angebot der VPWN zur Kontaktaufnahme mit uns Lokalpolitikern an und brachten ihre kleinen und gro\u00dfen Sorgen…..aber auch Zeit f\u00fcr ein geselliges Beisammensein mit uns und den anderen Anrainern!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
