Der zweite „Fassl f\u00fcrs Gassl“-Stopp 2017 war im Bereich des Fohlenhofs im Akademiepark. Da es bei der zuk\u00fcnftigen Nutzung des bereits bebauten Gebietes kontroversielle Standpunkte gibt und es sich hier um einen sensiblen Bereich handelt, wollten wir mit der Standortwahl des Tourenstopps und dessen medialer Verbreitung bewusst ein Zeichen zur Kommunikation setzen. Es soll ein erster Schritt sein, sowohl die st\u00e4dtische Entwicklung als auch die W\u00fcnsche der Wiener Neust\u00e4dterinnen und Wiener Neust\u00e4dter in den Entscheidungsprozess einflie\u00dfen zu lassen.<\/p>\n

Der Initiator von „Fassl f\u00fcrs Gassl“, Vizeb\u00fcrgermeister Dr. Christian Stocker sagte hierzu: „Wir wollen die Diskussion mit den Menschen f\u00fchren. Dass die Meinungen nicht immer deckungsgleich sind, liegt in der Natur von Gespr\u00e4chen, aber wir reden \u00fcber die Zukunft unserer Stadt und dabei ist jedes Engagement wertvoll und jede Perspektive erw\u00fcnscht. Denn die Bunte Regierung war von Anfang an immer offen f\u00fcr neue Ideen und Standpunkte. Das werden wir auch beim Fohlenhof so halten.“<\/p>\n

Gemeinsame neue Wege – und ausreichend Zeit f\u00fcr die Entscheidungsfindung<\/h4>\n

Als erstes Ergebnis aus den Gespr\u00e4chen beim „Fassl f\u00fcrs Gassl“ wird von Seiten der Stadt gepr\u00fcft, ob f\u00fcr eine sinnvolle Nutzung des Areals nur ein Teil des Gr\u00fcng\u00fcrtels umgewidmet werden kann. Gleichzeitig soll in naher Zukunft ein Ideenwettbewerb unter dem Titel „Dorf in der Stadt“ unter voller Beteiligung der Wiener Neust\u00e4dterinnen und Wiener Neust\u00e4dter starten. Um diesem Ideenwettbewerb ausreichend Zeit zuzugestehen, wird der f\u00fcr September im Bauausschuss geplante Beschluss zur \u00c4nderung der Fl\u00e4chenwidmung um ein halbes Jahr verschoben.<\/p>\n
