Seit 1968 ist die Fr\u00fchlingssoiree , die am 30. April nun zum 50. Mal \u00fcber die B\u00fchne gehen wird, ein fixer Bestandteil des Neust\u00e4dter Ballkalenders. Die christlichen Studentenverbindungen Babenberg, Liechtenstein, Neostadia und Theresiana nehmen so auch aktiv am\u00a0\u00f6ffentlichen Leben der „Allzeit Getreuen“ teil und bringen sich mit diesem Event auch hierbei ein. Neben dem gesellschaftlichen Charakter dieser Veranstaltung r\u00fcckt auch ein karitativer immer mehr in den Vordergrund. Am 25.03. fand nun der offizielle Auftakt auf der Bude der Neostadia im Neukloster statt, wo einerseits ein R\u00fcckblick geboten, aber auch eine Vorausschau auf die diesj\u00e4hrige Veranstaltung geboten wurde.<\/p>\n

Wie alles begann….<\/h4>\n

Am 25. Mai 1968 fand erstmals im Sparkassensaal der NCV-Fr\u00fchlingsball anl\u00e4sslich\u00a0einer \u00f6sterreichweiten Versammlung von\u00a0katholischen Farbstudenten in Wiener Neustadt\u00a0statt, der unter dem Ehrenschutz des damaligen Bundeskanzlers Klaus stand.<\/p>\n

Grundgedanke damals wie heute war die Repr\u00e4sentation der vier christlichen Wiener Neust\u00e4dter Studentenverbindungen in der \u00d6ffentlichkeit. Bald darauf wurde der Name des Balles in Fr\u00fchlingssoiree ge\u00e4ndert. Seit \u00fcber 20 Jahren findet – nach urspr\u00fcnglich variierenden Festsetzungen – die\u00a0Fr\u00fchlingssoiree am 30. April statt. Nur einmal, 1973, wurde die Fr\u00fchlingssoiree abgesagt – aber am 6. Oktober desselben Jahres als Herbstsoiree nachgeholt.<\/p>\n

Die urspr\u00fcnglich nur bei der Hochschulverbindung Neostadia gelegene Organisation dieses „Festes der Jugend“ wurde ab 1975 in die H\u00e4nde eines Ballkomitees aus Vertretern aller Neust\u00e4dter Studentenverbindungen gelegt, was auch zu einer engen Verbundenheit aller Couleurstudenten in unserer Stadt mit „Ihrer“ Soiree betrug.<\/p>\n

….und wie es weitergeht…<\/h4>\n

Diese Veranstaltung hatte nicht nur H\u00f6hen, auch der Zeitgeist, in dem Ballveranstaltungen nicht immer en vogue waren bzw. sind, forderte die Organisatoren wiederholt heraus. Um diesem Trend entgegenzuwirken, wurde das Angebot dieser Veranstaltung kontinuierlich erweitert: So wartet die diesj\u00e4hrige Soiree mit einer Einlage\u00a0des international bekannten Musicalstars\u00a0Maya Haakvort<\/strong> auf, die sich u.a. mit der Darstellung der „Elisabeth“ im „Theater an der Wien“ einen Namen gemacht hat.<\/p>\n

Und dem eingangs erw\u00e4hnten karitativen Charakter wird auch entsprochen: So wird mit dem Erl\u00f6s, der beim Roulett-Tisch im Rahmen des Balls\u00a0erwirtschaftet wird, der Schwarzataler Social Club <\/strong>beim Ankauf eines „JENNYMobils“<\/strong> unterst\u00fctzt. Mit diesem eigens hergestellten Fahrrad k\u00f6nnen Menschen, die auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen sind, mit Hilfe anderer kleine Wege und Ausfl\u00fcge\u00a0 bestreiten.<\/p>\n
