Wiener Neustadt ist als wachsende Stadt einer besonderen Herausforderung unterworfen, mit der Ressource \u201eGrund und Boden\u201c umzugehen. Die \u201ebunte Regierung\u201c hat sich dementsprechend sehr kurzfristig zum Ziel gesetzt, dieses Manko zu beseitigen und den Bewohnern, der Wirtschaft und Institutionen ein zuk\u00fcnftiges Bild der Stadt zu geben, um auch Fehler vermeiden zu k\u00f6nnen.
